Triple Goddess Ixtle Broom

125.00

Soft, feminine and regal; the Triple Goddess Ixtle Broom makes a strong altar piece and addition to ritual and ceremony. Ixtle is a fiber, also called Tampico, which comes from both agave and yucca plants. The three braids represent the Triple Goddess; Maiden, Mother & Crone, which have been sewn flat with three shades of hemp cord.

The handle is made from bamboo, which was ethically wild harvested by hand from the banks of the Blanco River in the Texas Hill Country. Upon harvest, the bamboo was then slowly flame cured in its own resin. Featuring a deer skin cord for hanging.
